Our "100% Customer Satisfaction Program" allows for easy exchange / returns and refunds for:
 
•    1. Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
•    2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.
•    3. Products which you may not like for Quality, color and design related issues.

 

: Exchange Procedure :

1. Type "EXCHANGE"  on WhatsApp messenger +91 92275 06777 with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Please mention your Order Number on WhatsApp Messenger. 

 

2. After Approval form Our Side for Exchange , You have to Send your Exchange Parcle on Our Address.

( Note : After " Exchange Accept Approval "  Notify by our TEAM,  Your Exchange Parcle has to be Reach to our Address within 7 Days ) 

 

: Return & Refund Procedure : 

1. Type "RETURN" on WhatsApp messenger +91 92275 06777 with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 2 days of delivery. Please mention your Order Number on WhatsApp Messenger. 

 

2. After Approval form Our Side for Return , You have to Send your Return Parcle on Our Address.

( Note : After "Return Accept Approval" by our TEAM , Your Return Parcle has to be Reach to our Address within 7 Days ) 

 

3. If Customer want to Return Respected Product, " Customer have to Handle Return courier process by Customer him/her Self "

( Send Return Parcle to us on our Address by Customer him/her self )  & Return Courier Charges will be pay by Customer. ( Shipping Courier Charge  Will Not Refund On Refund Product Amount. )


4. When we received Customer Return Courier, will transfer respected Amount within 3 - 4 Days to Customer`s Bank Account through NEFT. 

(Write your Bank Account Num. & IFSC code on Page & Keep it Inside the Return Parcle Package.)
